Bias testing is complete for now. Thanks for your interest!

Here’s what bias testing entailed during our research. It allowed you to:

  • Learn more about your own personal unconscious bias with regards to older people, and people with disabilities.
  • Receive signposting to resources for mitigating unconscious bias, especially in the workplace.
  • Contribute to research that aims to benefit the local Cornish business community and influence national policy.

Why participate in research relating to  bias?

Here at The Inclusivity Project, we are interested in the role that unconscious bias plays in the the work chances of older people and people with disabilities.

We’ve been encouraging interesting and vibrant conversations around the role of unconscious (or implicit) bias in the workplace.

We would like to thank all who participated.
