Now & Then is a mobile application for which triggers remotely or via GPS or Bluetooth when near historical places of interest.
It allows attractions to produce guided tours for visitors, helping to increase footfall and visitor enjoyment.
Using a grant from The Inclusivity Project, Now & Then were able to develop a new remote online training and demo service for customers, helping them to understand and use the app to produce content and tours.
This allows Now & Then to provide better support to a wider range of customers, without needing to leave the office!
