Like many organisations, Citizens Advice Cornwall have been thinking about how best to deliver services digitally.

Working with Inclusivity researcher Dr. Daniel Derbyshire, they launched a new customer survey to find out what people in Cornwall think about Citizens Advice and how they would prefer to access support.

Dr. Derbyshire helped the Citizens Advice team to analyse the nearly 1000 responses, which are now informing the charity’s next steps

With help from the project, we received over a thousand replies to our online questionnaire which is now guiding how we plan our service for the future to reach more people.

The valuable information we have gathered from the survey will be used to improve the reach of the service.
