MSK Aware CIC aims to help businesses and their staff avoid this problem, by working with them to develop tailored solutions.
MSK Aware worked with Inclusivity researcher Dr. Esmaeil Morasae to see how methods from systems science could be used in the workplace, and worked with Inclusivity policy advisor Jane Abraham to develop a framework they can now trial with businesses.
