Case study: Software Cornwall

Software Cornwall connects, promotes, represents and supports Cornwall’s digital tech community, representing one of the fastest growing tech clusters in the UK. 

With the labour market very tight, and Cornwall’s tech sector sometimes struggling to recruit, Software Cornwall want to help their members develop an inclusive workplace culture that will help to attract and retain staff.

Using a grant from The Inclusivity Project they have been developing and trialling a new workshop to help members develop their workplace culture and attract the best tech talent.
