Tigger Pritchard provides consultancy and training to increase understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity.

Describing himself as “awesomely neurodiverse”, Tigger supports individuals, families, businesses and educational settings to help people thrive.

A grant from The Inclusivity Project allowed Tigger to adapt when the coronavirus lockdowns put an end to face to face training.

Tigger used the grant to purchase equipment so he can deliver professional quality online training.

He has also produced new training videos to increase employers’ understanding of how Autistic staff experience the workplace.
