Utopy runs an online job board for purposeful organisations and roles.
They approached The Inclusivity Project for help developing a new digital coaching service via a web-based app, to help improve employee performance, wellbeing, productivity and success.
A grant from The Inclusivity Project allowed Utopy to prototype and launch the new service, covering the costs of developing content, design and functionality.
This has helped Utopy to shift from a simple job board to a one-stop shop for people looking to grow their career in the non-profit sector.
Thanks to support from The Inclusivity Project we were able to launch a new service for our business that has been immediately revenue generating!
We’re now using early customer feedback to grow the offer available and also to develop the technology so that we can scale the service more effectively to impact more people.
