National Inclusion Week 2020 kickoff: Do you dare to uncover your Unconscious Bias?

We hosted a Facebook Live on Cornwall Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page at 11am, where Chamber employee John Negus took the Unconscious Bias online test around disability in real time! You can see what the test is like, and watch his reaction to his result and discuss what it means for Chamber.

And of course we tried to help you understand what to do if you do find they have some bias so that it doesn’t imbalance your behaviour in the workplace. You’ll also learn where you can take a bias test yourself, for free!

You can read more about The Inclusivity Project’s work on Implicit Bias here and watch a replay of our webinar What is bias, and How Does It Affect The Workplace here.

You can also read our blog Inclusive Recruitment Processes – what are they, and how can we adopt them? here.
